About us
The Beauty Academy Supplies is a UK-based company dedicated to providing permanent makeup artists with the highest-quality work supplies. We work with industry technicians to ensure that each product performs to the highest standard, ultimately allowing every PMU and micro blading artist to reach their full potential.

Taxes are inclusive. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to make tax exemptions.
SHIPPING POLICY
FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £350
Please note that there may be duties and taxes levied on your shipment in your destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges.

Our orders are all shipped via DPD and Royal Mail. Shipping price will be calculated at the checkout.

**All orders completed before 15:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day via ROYAL Mail delivery service.
EXCEPTIONS
We do deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but there are a small number of postcodes in remote areas where we cannot offer next day delivery. This includes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands. Next Working Day by 10:30 or 12:00 is not available for Northern Ireland.
We can deliver to BFPO addresses, but only with Royal Mail, so weight restrictions may apply.
Returns/Refund Policy
Returns
If you are unhappy with any of the products received, you have fourteen days to return them. Returned goods which are not faulty, or have not been sent in error, will be credited at 100% of the original invoice value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging, must be sent to us in the original, sealed packaging available for re-sale.
To return your product, please reach out on our email: beautyacademy.ipswich@yahoo.com. If approved you will be provided with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is advised. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deduct all postage and additional third-party fees.

Please allow 5-10 working days from when the products are received by our depot for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account. Postage to be paid for by sender
We will ask you to send us a picture of the items you are wishing to return along with reason. This will help us ensure that our other artists are receiving our tools in perfect condition.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to return to your account.
ITEM MISSING or INCORRECT FROM ORDER
Order is missing item(s)If you notice you are missing an item from your delivery, please reach out on our Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and name of the missing product. Received incorrect item(s) in orderPlease reach out on our Contact Us page within 5 days ofdelivery. Please include your order number, a photo and name of the incorrect item received as well as the name of the item you are missing.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Part of order is damaged
A damaged item is considered to be broken product that is fractured, shattered, bent, crushed, leaking. Evidence of damage is required in the form of photos for quality control purposes. Damaged items will be replaced/refunded.
LOST IN TRANSIT
Packages presumed to be lost:
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed no sooner than 20 days after the last tracking update and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Customers without Insurance
Packages presumed to be lost:
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”) are not covered when Route is not purchased. For packages to be deemed lost by the courier, it must be 21 days after the last tracking update. Lost packages should be reported no sooner than 21 days after the last tracking update and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. The Beauty Academy can make a one-time exception in some cases. In the case of an exception being made, all future purchases must have Insurance purchased in order to be replaced/refunded in the event a shipment becomes lost in transit again.
* An exception may be made if reported within the 30 day window, and the courier has deemed the package as lost.
STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Delivered but missing package:
Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered stolen and must be reported no sooner than 1 business day after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
Customers without Route
Delivered but missing package:
Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered stolen. These are not covered when Insurance is not purchased.
WRONG ADDRESS
If the wrong address was input at the time of order, this is not covered. We will do our best to contact the courier for retrieval or address change in transit. Should the package not be delivered to the customer, THE BEAUTY Academy is not responsible In the case of an exception being made, all future purchases must have the correct address at the time of fulfilment.
* An exception may be made if the incorrect address was reported before delivery and the courier delivers to the incorrect address. Customers may be asked to contact those at the address to retrieve the package before an exception will be made.
