USE
Angel of Brows permanent eyebrow in the form of a liquid should be applied during the procedure (not before), after opening the epidermis. After the first puncture of the needle, you can apply the liquid at the site of interference. After this is done, you can proceed with the procedure immediately, as the product is works immediately.
